Chicken (or meat of choice)
My Mama’s Ghee
Shan Tandoori Masala
Shan Meat Masala
Paprika
Honey
Yogurt
Lemon Juice
4 minced garlic cloves
Garlic powder

Preparation
Over a small pan over medium heat, heat with My Mama’s Ghee then cook Shan Tandoori Masala and Meat Masala until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add garlic.
Take those spices and whisk into yogurt. Add lemon juice and garlic powder.
Cut slashes into chicken, coat with marinade, chill.
Heat oven to 375°. Ghee up the baking pan. Place chicken onto pan and smear marinade onto the chicken (or meat of choice).
Cook one side for 17 minutes, then flip for another 15 minutes.
Lay over a bed of lettuce or long grain rice! Enjoy!
